Hello and thank you for visiting. My professional expertise is in book publishing, writing, and coaching writers through the completion of their book proposals and manuscripts. I offer writing coaching and professional publishing consulting to a broad range of clients who are looking to build their author platforms, better understand the complicated world of publishing, and get published. I've work with novelists, memoirists, screenplay writers, poets, photographers, and artists. If your ultimate goal is to get your work published, I can help you get there.

I currently work in the publishing industry as a book editor, a profession I've been privilged to be working at for the past eight years. I've coached hundreds of authors through deadlines and crises of confidence and past the finish line.

In coaching, I'm interested in helping my clients find those things that bring passion and energy to their lives. Life is full of places where we are more or less fulfilled—creative expression, intimate relationships, fun & recreation, money, career, family. When you have a major deficit in one area of your life you're likely to feel off-balance or to feel like something's missing in your life. My job is to help you figure out where you're seeking greater fulfillment and where you might need more balance. Coaching is an exploration, a journey of self-realization and discovery. My job will be to support you and devise strategies to propel you forward and help you access your untapped, forgotten, or ignored passions and energies that will get you taking steps toward goals, fulfillment, and balance.

I bring a wide range of disciplines and interests to coaching, including the Ennegram and the Diamond Approch®. I'm a certified facilitator of SoulCollage®, a creative andintuitive process that I use in my workshops.

I earned my B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and my M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from San Francisco State University. I am currently completing my coaching certification at the Coaches Training Insitute (CTI), a leading program in coaching that's accredited by the International Coach Federation. I live and work in Berkeley, California.
